Our story

Founded in 2016, Gatblac grew out of its founders' direct experience inside financial sector companies. What began as a team specialized in stock exchange systems became a company of 60+ professionals operating across several industries in Latin America. Today we deliver end-to-end solutions, our own SaaS products and specialized cells, with annual revenue of about $3.0M USD.

How we operate

Methodology

We work with agile frameworks, adapted to each client's context. Sprints run from 2 to 4 weeks: 2 when we have full control of the project, 3 or 4 when several teams, or teams in different countries, have to be orchestrated. Ceremonies with client participation, shared boards in Jira and progress documentation. Constant software increments with scope refinement and transparent tracking. The team holds Scrum certifications (Developer, Product Owner and Professional) and FinOps Certified Practitioner, which sustain this way of working.
